CPI today. Expect higher volatility. Reduce position size and manage risk. Closing positions before the release could be a safer approach.

Price is currently compressing within a short-term descending channel after rejecting from the 1.1715–1.1720 supply zone.
Momentum looks weak, and the structure suggests a potential liquidity grab before the next move.
As long as price remains below 1.1695–1.1700, downside continuation toward 1.1650 remains valid.
However, a clean break and close above the channel could shift short-term bias back to bullish.
For now, patience is key — waiting for confirmation rather than forcing entries in this range.
Managing risk carefully, especially with upcoming volatility.

Price is currently reacting at a key resistance zone around 1.17200, which has already been respected multiple times. On H1, a clear cup formation is visible, indicating potential bullish continuation, but the neckline breakout is still pending.
At the moment, price has formed a minor pullback channel after rejecting from resistance and is now attempting to push back up. The highlighted zone around 1.1690–1.1700 is acting as short-term support (previous imbalance area).
For bullish continuation, a clean breakout and sustained closing above 1.17200 is essential. Without that, this remains a risky area to enter, as resistance is still intact and rejection is possible again.

In my opinion, EUR is preparing to grab liquidity from the upper range. A move toward 1.17500 is possible within today’s session if momentum sustains.
Currently maintaining a bullish bias, but confirmation above the key resistance will remain important.
I’m a bit occupied at the moment, so there might be a slight delay in sharing further updates. Will post the full schedule soon.

Approximately 1 hour and 16 minutes left before market close. Stop loss has been adjusted while TP remains unchanged. I won’t carry any positions into the weekend. Either SL/TP gets hit, or I will manually close the trade before the close.

As long as price holds above 1.17000, the bullish case remains valid. In that scenario, EURUSD may look to test the 1.17500 level next.
For now, the market appears to be transitioning, with buyers gradually gaining control despite earlier bearish momentum.
