Help to show lines or shapes in multi time of a chart

I am using Metatrader 4 for trading several instruments. On my screen, as you can see, there are different timeframes of an instrument, and I need to put some lines, shapes or texts on these charts, but it's a bit hard to do this for all timeframes of a chart.
I need help for doing this, for instance,put a horizontal line on M5 Eur/Usd chart and see it on other time frames open charts of it like M15 , M30 ,.....
Is there any script or expert advisor for it?
