Patience, you will not win the same every day, what matters is you have your capital protected.
You did well reducing the risk with such volatility but now you should ask why you flip your decision?
What reason? Tired of not profit what you want? Because if it was that is not a reason. We have to accept not all days will be green days or reach our goal, be happy by not loose will make you stick to your decisions, be happy for win more and big lead to be exposed because at some point you will do this again...

Some times the best you can do is to make few steps back. Stop trading. Go for a walk, forest make a few day trip somewhere - reset the mind. When you earn you should follow it and when you lose you need to stop it. Switch to something else for some time - you will not lose and opportunity as they are always there on the market. You will make money next time

Time to leave, my opinion is that this 4h must have a fully bullish close to confirm we continue up, but i expect an average next hours if not at this one.
London hidden pivot at 4678.565 so Ny have high probability to seek this price or that 30m candle average if that open is not touched till them...
And by have a close of this 4h i mean this that ends in 5m...
Bullish levels to me are 703/747

Yeah but still too much noise with voice alerts. most news won't impact gold.
