calculate candle bar height and display on main chart window

i would like an indicator for MT4 that calculates the candle bar height and displays on main chart window at the top right of the chart

as i scroll over the different candles it shows the candle height in pips

it would also help if there is an offset X and Y so the value can be placed exactly where required on the chart

does anyone have this indicator or can you code it
