The last 2 trades a pips and a RR closed into todays candles so I have included them in the results.

The EA posted almost $600 profit today, using the RR method and $100 dollars per trade....majoh is still tinkering but he did run a test from last October to yesterday and I will post the pics next.

OK here are the pics majoh sent for the backtest he spent lots of time on. They are from Oct. 1st till Mar. 27th on Gold 1M chart...much respect to him for this work...

The pics have descriptions of how they were traded.

Possible to highlight the December period - lets say 15 Dec to 15 Jan on these charts?

If you assume 5 grids for each of the 6 months then the center of the chart should be a good estimate.

I will start giving the EA Graph result each day and my usual visual results. Here is the EA graph for last 2 days...$5000 start balance $100 per trade using RR method.

With the current method we are using ATR Bands mtf, Ptl-207 and FVE

This link has all the info on FVE, basically it is a filter for trend...that is how we are using it here.

Thank you for sharing your system
I have a question regarding the exit rules.

In the attached image, the conditions for a buy are met, but the price is very close to the outer band. According to the Pips method, this trade should be closed at the outer band. In this case, the spread can "eat" your profits. How do you or the EA handle such signals?
