QuoteDislikedLike a fighter pilot, you have to go through every lesson and every flight to accumulate enough hours.
QuoteDislikedThose who make a lot of money from forex trading are the ones who have " accumulated enough experience".
No system or robotcan do this for them. It's all about training and enduring pressure over time.
Disliked{quote} Em rất mong được anh chỉ giáo. Cơ mà nhìn các charts của anh thì em đoán anh cũng newbie như em thôi.I'd really appreciate your guidance. But judging by your charts, i guess you're just as much of a newbie as me.

Disliked{quote} Hey ThaoAnh, The difference however is that a real fighter pilot goes through years of training guided by seasoned professionals, not from YouTube "gurus" or internet forums for hobby flight enthusiasts. A real fighter pilot is also not self-taught, unlike most aspiring traders. The biggest challenge for self-taught traders is confirmation bias, meaning they will practice and learn those things that "feel good" or "make sense" to them, instead of the skills that actually are needed. YouTube and social media "trading gurus" are popular because...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Ồ, nghĩa là gì? A trade từ 1995 tức là tuổi của anh lớn hơn cha của em. Các chart phân tích của anh không thể hiện những kinh nghiệm như vậy. Em thắc mắc có sao không? Oh, what does that mean? A trade since 1995 means you're older than my father. Your chart analysis doesn't reflect that kind of experience. I'm wondering if there's anything wrong?Ignored

All 3 tell me that he's an experienced trader/investor. Even if I don't know anything else about him, #3 alone is the hallmark of a trader that knows what he's doing.
A struggling trader's worst enemy isn't the markets, it's the mirror, i.e. their personal confirmation bias.
Disliked{quote} Err no...I'm a master of my own process. I'm not here to teach anyone, I just post when I'm bored because trading for a living can get a bit lonely and boring. Unfortunately, profitable traders won't stick around on forums or if they do, they tend to stay in the background and really don't bother to "teach", it's a thankless job. It's too frustrating because a lot of struggling traders have too much to unlearn (confirmation bias) first before they can actually start to learn. Case in point: {quote} This is what I mean by confirmation bias...Ignored

Disliked{quote} I found this thread that is a treasure trove of good information and valuable learning. Read every one of this guy's posts in the thread. His system is very good and includes elements of what I meant by "reading the market" => trend analysis via fractals, momentum analysis via stochastics, qualitative assessment via elasticity, etc. When going through the thread, stay away from putting on trades, that's the least important part and it will end up distracting you from the real learning. Instead focus on understanding what he is actually doing,...Ignored
