Do I have this right . . . the 30 MN sma = +/- 228.23 (@24 minutes past the hour)

Hi kuroro, why would it be 30m retrace and not only to the 15m. is it because you look at the higher time frame (regarding momentum)? its just that its strugleing to pass the 15m sma mabe it will stop there.

Attached is a minor change to the default MT4 momentum to move the 100 line to zero to make it more in tune with VT. Other than that change, it is pretty much the same as the default except for using the built-in iMomentum function rather than calculating it directly. After you place this in your indicators folder and either restart MT4 or compile it, be sure to use "Momentum-ZL" and not "Momentum". By default it uses a 10 period calculation.

according to A's strategy, the retracement should go around 228.15 - 228.20 (5sma on the m30 time frame), of course i don't think anyone is sure if that will be enough for the retracement

Hey mt guys, you dont have the 2h time frame but on vt charts the 2H shows a up momentum and the 5sma is @228.75. just be aware.....But then again, as soon as i queried the 15m sma as showing good resistance (check my above comment) it broke thrugh as soon as i pressed the enter key. my jinx is alive and well

That was probably right. It's closer to 228.20 now.

The 2 hour is around 228.75 if I'm reading that correctly. Hopefully we're not heading up there.

I agree. Looks like the 5sma has been reached. The momentum on the H4 is pretty strong downward. the 1h is also realtively strong down.
I presume that it will go down...but thats just my prediction, i have been wrong

the market will do watever it wants to do.

Mate, i was not having a go at you. sory if you interprit it that way. i just was trying to state that aus is so good at retracements and we needing him was a tongue in cheek comment. i just used your post because it mentioned sma's
