A new week has started and I am sitting here bored so I decided to start this thread for myself to post from time to time.
At my age I have been around for a long time thus The heading which may elude to Senility.
There are many different opinions in this forum and mine are just another which may be right or wrong...As I have written above this thread is just for myself to express my trading style and not to give advise to other forum members who should make their own decisions re trading.

I have consulted my Crystal Ball and it tells me that with the Iran scenario I may need to wait a week or two for long term buys so scalping is the go.
Bricks are 200 pips.
Re scalping ....I try for 40-50+ pips per trade.
Will Gold go up again...Absolutely.....Just look at History.....Once again this is just my opinion.
I can remember not long ago when I stated that gold would not reach 3000 in my life time...Well it sure made a fool of me.

Just keep it Simple....Once again just my Humble Opinion.
I find most indicators useless and I have tested thousands over the years...There is no easy /Holy Grail system....Just hard work.

Areas for taking a few slices of meat from the bone....Remember this is about winning consistently.....Patience is required.

Typical Asian afternoon but 50 pips achieved.....Just stuffing around....A spike up or down is coming.

Well the Iran Scenario has put the Cat among the Birds so to speak.
Quiet week for me with one small loss ....Missed good moves whilst sleeping due to my time zone.....I have asked the Maid to give me 10 whip lashes as Losses are not allowed.
Sure there have been many scalping opportunities but I am trying to save my Old Eyes.
Easter and FOMC coming up this week so I will make sure that I do not have any trades running over the Holidays.
I do have many Pretty Pictures like most folks ...Attached is a longer term view with 200 pip Renko bricks which I run every day plus 4 hour charts on one computer Monitor....42 inch screen.
enough of my Ramblings and time for a nice large glass of Red Wine.

An experiment in progress....4 Hour chart......As you can see many of my trades do not align with what shows on the chart hence the word experiment....One can always be wise after the fact.

A Quickie to start the week.

I usually like to wait for the Asian market to open.

Placed this last trade this morning as I needed to go out on business.....Clearly a "C" class trade at that point in time and should of not been placed but I will take the Money....an example of impatience.

Market is slow at this time of the day as expected.
Looking for 200 pips on this trade....Longer term charts of mine say buy....This is only my opinion and others may disagree.....Trying to confuse this Geriatric....I will just go with the flow and take what ever the market gives to me.

Time for a Nap.

Collected 905 pips yesterday and I am happy with that......Keep Plodding along.
