yes, and you should use MT5 "every tick with real tick" to back test, don't trust "every tick", because it has no slippage, especially when you use stop order and trailing stop is very tight

I do not back test in MT5 , I use Jforex. But I do get get slippage in back tests. That is the whole idea of back-testing processing all ticks. If my code triggers an order, then, I may not get the price of my order because the next tick is a different price.
In any case, every strategy you code, should have a Max. slippage and not take trades with unwanted prices.
