this week due to extreme uncertainity
with no negotiations will cause extreme volatility
sudden spikes
its more than just military war
so its better to wind up trades within same day rather than holding
extremely difficult to hold and requires extreme boldness
like happened with me
i just luckily closed oil trade on time before yesterday trump dumped it otheriwse everything was aligned with ath

no doubt evey trader has learnt much more in these past months than all their mentors and gurus on soicla media
also i would like to congratulate to all those traders whether profitable or not but still hustling in this messy and wild market
acknowledge yourself you already are ahead of 80% who give up within their first 2 years
its just a matter of time

Yes, brother, you are right about what you're saying. I have been working on charts for two years now. Last year, I worked a little harder, and I am still not very profitable, but I am still here, heh. We have to be tough in the face of this shit that comes our way.

Hi everyone,
I'm running a simple 3-7 Day Detox Experiment on Gold right now — no indicators, no moving averages, no oscillators, no trades. Just watching how price reacts at key levels.
Rules I'm following:

  1. Only horizontal levels
  2. Solid lines = VAH & VAL (value area high/low)
  3. Grey/white lines = POC (Point of Control)
  4. Blue dashed lines = Yearly major structural levels (always labeled)

The idea is to sit back, observe rejections, absorption, fakeouts, bounces, etc., mark up the chart, and journal what the price action shows — nothing more.

Would be interesting to hear what others see at these zones during the detox period. Feel free to share your observations (no trade calls please, just pure watching).
