Neither is better — they suit different trading styles.

The answer to your Question in Post 31 is "I don't know" if the EA does not have a "Yes to all 10 requirements it will not trade, simple.
There is no need for any more updated versions, it is all up to you now, I suggest you open a new demo account, open 99 charts ( the maximum charts allowed on MT4) place 99 versions of the Precision Sniper EA all with different settings and different Magic Numbers, and let them all trade 24/7 for a month, then pass all the EA data to https://www.fxblue.com/ (free) so you can evaluate each EAs performance, this is how you test an EA, not on Strategy Tester.
