Just back at my PC , at my house, but I have roughly 30 minutes to reasses the scenario and then I have to go away for a while, again.
As previously indicated after 1st position 659, additionals were filled at 629,615,605595,585,575, then last one at 555

As indicated 6 positions were closed at 1st decent rise at 628 (659,629.615.605.595,585) for
-31-1+13+23+33+43= +80 p DAX CFD

Then moments ago position 575 was just closed at 745 for +170 p DAX CFD

I remain with only 1 DAX CFD 23555 for now.

Ill post key levels valid for US session next minutes before I go away for a while.

Any advice on how would you take a long from yesterday's low if price taps below that level? Anything in particular to look for?

Im not a magician and it depends on your perspective, short term trading or weekly, swing....I dont know what's your horizon and size.

Anyway the only simple advice I could give to you is this one: look at current week range for DAX CASH INDEX (main Gemran Index traded from 9CET till 17:35CET).
This week wide wide range is between 22927 and 24061, so the mid point stands roughly at 23500 zn.
Todat they retested from above this crucial zn, and if it holds (look at today's close and maybe tomorrow open) we shoul go higher and at least retest 24k and above.

No exact science here, it cant be, specially if markets keep on riding the quotes and actions of a lunatic President.......

I always hold my 23555 position, I was not able to close my position at 800 zn last Trump spike up.....

I let it run my 597 position, now DAX is approaching key level previosuly indicated and US markets are recovering some losses.

  1. I was stopped out at be ovnight, so Im flat
  2. Im very busy this morning, and these kind of markets need to stay vigilant and careful, so no trades until midday when I hope I'll have much more time
  3. XETRA DAX CASH official INDEX (9-17:35CET) gap to cover was at 23471 but after 9CET probably we'll have another gap at 23534 (yd official low)
  4. MAESTRO LEONARDO from Pisa says to look at 23360 and 23195 for potential support zone

Probably I have understood your question.....but Im away from my house, so I will reply to you when I come back hopefully in a couple hours.

Anyway at 1st glance I see these 3 key points for a trader, a retail trader to face:

  1. illiquid hours
  2. reliable volumes data
  3. how to look and try to understand something into reliable volumes data

As you know I only trade DAX and his financial instruments, so Im referring only to this beast as I dont know anything about the rest (excluded US Indices futures)

  1. DAX CASH INDEX gap at 23471 not cover yet........today's low (XETRA DAX from 9CET till 17:35 CET) stands at 23487, and this is a potential trap
  2. US FUTURES haevily involved into rollover job
  3. probably they are preparing the ground for the weekend price action......bear in mind last 2 huge gap down on last 2 mondays
