since the widown update a connot insert new indicators on mt mt4 platform hu

Windows will do that, it messes the file / folder structures.

You can try to roll back the update, but first I would do a MT4 re-install into and over the existing folder; don't worry, all your files will still be there, then do computer restart and then MT4, see if it works.

When you suggest reinstalling MT4 over the existing folder, how exactly does that fix the issue with indicators not being recognized? MT4 usually fails to load indicators because of permission changes or the data folder path being altered after a Windows update, not necessarily because the core install is broken. Wouldn’t it make more sense to first check if the platform is pointing to the correct MQL4/Indicators directory or if Windows has restricted write access?
