-_- this guy really annoying, even i ignore him... i remember the last time i got conflict with this guy since Oct last year... really dont want to be rude but those people really piss me off
All is scalp entry with non-sense entry... no target, no analysis, only one big picture with stupid entry without stoploss...
and all entry is against huge uptrend...

We have broken out of the intraday downward trend with our last 4H close.

Add to this that pre-FOMC gold acts as a safe haven because FOMC decisions tend to have heavy impact across the board for anything xxx/USD and USD/xxx and our current flow, it might take a while before it actually drops. If and when it does, it will be violent, but rarely occurs after such a strong bullish move.

For any valuable short setups we would need an important change in 1. macro-economic sentiment such as easing of global tensions or significant changes in US monetary policy (we could see this with FOMC meetings being released) or 2. a slow down of the current upward momentum and a clear structure to be formed.

Neither are the case currently (still going very much up on higher time frames, global tensions w USA involved very much ongoing and no FOMC yet)

Yeah I can see why a lot of new gold traders get lost in the noise with this kind of spam occuring. More posting these screenshots than actually trading lol, he even blocked me so I might do the same actually. Such a nuisance for new traders trying to understand something. There is no explaining at all in these screenshots and worst of all, there are litteral MA's on the chart that all are going up XD

dont think, dont even guess, let the market guide you, let it show you the direction, dont believe in news and rumor, it all lie, even rate raise or any war begin, market could show you differrent thing and much much away from your prediction

i remember so that some guy predict iraq war and gold will not drop back under 5k then look what the hell happen to gold? oh no, it drop again back to 4k6 before jump to 5k1 and drop back to 4k8

Anyone seeing damage done to the bull thesis this hour?

I'm seeing 20SMA on 3min chart turning negative, which is an early signal for me. Still need confirmation, but waiting.
I'll wait to see if 4991 is broken, to enter gap down to 4965 area.

FOMC is the wildcard today.

Hello guys, in my limited experience
All the indicators are the result and not the aetiology/cause of the movement. I personally follow what the chart tells me and only confirm that if the indicator also support what I visually see. Thats all I do and I am sure many of the seasoned friends here would agree. We cannot predict and I do not believe in prediction. The core of my strategy is discipline, discipline and discipline....Happy trading.....

You're right the retail crowd seem to be piling in short which means the market will only go one way - if it breaks the 5007 level I can see 5028 then 5059.

Oil and gold are very correlated currently.
What if someone attempts to de-escalate the Iran situation? That might change the trade.

The fair value gap I'm seeing from this morning.
4991 down to 4965 without much volume traded.

For now, America should give two weeks or some technical issues should be clarified ! Iran is not like any other country ! Attacking Iran has bad consequences for America !
