Think the following are the wrong way around...
When v & u_orders are selected (no lots increment) the Lots Ladder # does not change
When q & z_orders are selected (lots increment) the Lots Ladder # changes to 900
Also would be good to code behaviour of the Lots Ladder # to change back (to default) when another order is selected. Currently once it changes to #900 it stays even when choosing another option, we have to remember to change value back.

The scenario you are describing is exactly what everyone encounters when running trading bots. To which NO ONE has found a viable & realistic solution. If here amongst us we do then I shall start ordering the 'Jet'
Every possible option to counter the initial problem then entails its own set of problems. The hole gets bigger, the entanglement gets more complex. S0...trying to KISS
1) Don't get into that scenario in the first place...been discussed here many times throughout the thread...short windows of operation...look for congestion after a rally etc. You can have multiple bots, multiple symbols, you don't have to just put everything on 1 instrument. You can be creative, diversify your exposure.
2) The bot has a whole arsenal of ways to protect your account... they all involve a loss that is set before hand by the trader who has done his own due diligence & decided to use this tool to enter into 'this game'. Personally I prefer to just accept & move on. I have no patience & do not wish the stress of extra uncertainty, all the while the market has moved on & fresh opportunities are being missed.
3) Except that as traders there will always be losses...it is how you accept this undeniable fact & just move on...taking a hit square on the chin is much better than loosing an account. What I like about bots (& this one in particular is that their are many options) is that it help relieve the emotional pressure. It's cold, been calculated into the trading plan beforehand & then just become a figure to go into the minus column when the total is being calculated. It's just a business, leave the emotional loss we all feel when loosing at the door.
In a game of probabilities we are dealing with odds, not trying to ever loose a chunk is not realistic...not matter how bad it may feel to the trader's psychology.
Control what is already within our control. Survival to go again the next day, & the day after that & week/month/year is paramount.
But if anyone thinks they have an idea that is original & has some evidence that it is viable then let's get a solving - a jet would be so cool

You're quite right, and we completely agree with you,

If you read my posts above, we're thinking of scenarios, we don't assume that there won't be any losses, we're merely looking for ways to minimize the losses while adjusting to the newly developed market regime,
We have a powerful system on our hands, we just have to deploy it into the appropriate regime and adjust when conditions change,
I've personally went through the whole thread, each post sometimes contains hours of experience behind it which we cannot understand until we go through it ourselves, as is the way of life!
Who knows, might get a jet ready someday,

values black/white change duting runtime trading .. . all = no entry = reason: violate trading price limit ... either above your upper limit or below your low-limit
