does mt5 is moving average count as a usable one? ive noticed it serves as resistance many times but doesnt fully stop exactly there

I guess you mean ma5? It's usable only to fine tune your entry. M15 is best. Will show you later on.

i mean on metatrader 5 theres a moving average indicator. as u see price uses it as resistance and on all time frames too, but the lower time frame the weaker,i havent used it as a strategy because it seems random but it does work in some ways

Signals galore, but it's only recognizable on line chart. The problem is, I'm not able to get it through to you on time. Unless you can figure out yourselves.

Check the W's (bottom) and M's (top) created by white and green. You trade where white/green turns away from each other.
