VT momentum is much more steady.. once it gives a reading it wont bend towards the current price movements unless it's a large sudden movement. I didn't get a fill there on that drop, still have my entry waiting, but I will have a new 4HR here in 45 minutes, it may be better if I wait to see the 5SMA entry at that point, which may be in the high 232 area.

Will have to play this careful, not wanting to get into a drawdown match with lots of money on the line.

Always look for the greatest entry points on these retracements, and don't be in a big hurry, these 300+ moves need some cooling off space, so we sit and patiently watch for the entry points.

I unloaded most of the position at a loss. I'm going to leave a small position which I entered @ 233.70 with tight stop loss .

With the US coming into Play, I am lowering my entry point from 233.56 down to 233.05 or even lower depending on the quickness of this drop coming here.

If it doesn't drop any lower, then so be it, I don't want a 50-100 pip drawdown today. LOL

I just called VT and they are working madly on the problem, but don't have an estimated time frame on when they will be back up.

I trade with FXCM, and I lost all connection here about 20 minutes ago, I called to have all entries removed.

I will let the market do its thing here today, I am going to break off for some regular life issues (COFFEE and RELAXING)

Aren't the Unemployment claims from the previous month? I read earlier today that the US mortgage industry has laid off over 100,000 people this month. Apparently the biggest layoffs since the airlines layoffs after 9/11. I wonder if traders will have this in the back of their minds.
