It's a simple indicator to use: if there’s a downtrend (e.g., your indicators or methods show the trend is down), you enter in the red zone with a TP (take profit) in the green zone. And vice versa for an uptrend.

The zones and lines don't stay in one place—they adjust to the current trend, identifying potential areas for a correction.
