the same code, the same fucntions
i code mt4 using mt5 syntax,,
no diff except for order trading functions like OrderSend/Delete/Close/Modify . .

what is the meaning for 55, for example?

ans: difinition of support and resistance

you say this is a support, if there are 55 candles before .. and 55 candles after, the candle that have minimist low for 2*55-1 = 110-1 = 109 candles (test candles)

therefore: 55 is a difinition . . it is R/S strength!

= all 55 candles before and 55 candles after, hs higher lows than ou truesupport

similarly for resistance

Hi Irweinan, no just 94. I was testing both mt4 & mt5 on same symbol with same settings starting at the same time. The mt5 version was with a broker that had more ticks coming in & had many more open positions. So the mt4 version with less positions had not reached the minimum allowed percentage 0.1% profit target. I manually closed (via the EA) the mt5 positions which was instant.

since there is no setAsynMode in mt4 . .
balanced close to keep equity as it is, especially if there are many orders, say 200 order

it is a smart close: close bigger lots first, with keeping net lots around zero . . (no partial close)
