This is the same concept as putting your money into a U.S. index fund and letting it ride through out the years (also known as dollar cost averaging). If you look at the S&P 500 over the years even with years with the dot-com bubble, the housing crisis of '08, COVID, Ukraine war and 2023 which was technically a recession, you always come out with a profit.
So yeah, that's how I deal with draw down.
