Can you share the the entry and exit rule.

If possible we can automate this strategy. Like. Buy trend means only focus on buy. Sell trend means focus on sell position. Hope you tried before. It's it good idea ?

yes, there is a gap there....but only exist at xauusd....not at any others gold pair( xaueur, xauaud,xaugbp...no gap at all)

At least small rejection below round numbers is good enough for quick scalp sell....rather targeted around open.

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush...imo

I do not have strick rule. I check many things at the same time, i.e., Oscilators, EMAs, pivots, FVGs, fibo, etc. I enter the position by heart Exit is easy part. Closed it as soon as possible with enough profit.

Before looking for a trade, the bot must confirm the long-term direction to avoid trading against major institutional moves.

  1. Bullish Bias: EMA 150 is above EMA 250.

  3. The Spike (RSI): RSI (14) must have risen above 60 and then crossed back below 50.
  4. Confirmation (DeMarker): DeMarker (14) must cross below 0.5 or drop from 0.7.
  5. Trigger: Price closes below the EMA 15.

3. Exit Rules (Rules for Closing)
On a 1-minute chart, exit speed is more important than entry precision.
Take Profit (TP)

  1. Primary Exit: Close when RSI (14) hits an extreme (70 for Buys / 30 for Sells).
  2. Secondary Exit: If the EMA 15 crosses back over the EMA 25 in the opposite direction.
  3. Structural Target: A fixed 1.5:1 Reward-to-Risk ratio (e.g., if SL is 10 pips, TP is 15 pips).

Stop Loss (SL)

  1. Safety Stop: Place the SL just below the EMA 150 (for buys) or above it (for sells).
  2. Aggressive Stop: Place the SL at the recent swing high/low of the last 5 minutes.

good points.

all I’d add is USD is the biggest of all those pairs and I would likely assume it’ll fill that gap at some stage, could be next week, could be in 3 hours. Let’s wait and see what happens.

I don't use that technique ...I am simply kinda expecting the tap of 4500 so the moment I saw price bounced from 4484 I decided to take the risk

On the M1 timeframe, you must exit as soon as the "spike" momentum fades.
Take Profit (TP) Logic

  1. Primary (Aggressive): Exit when RSI reaches the extreme (70 for Buys / 30 for Sells).
  2. Secondary (Conservative): Exit if the EMA 15 crosses below EMA 25 (for Buys). This indicates the short-term trend has "rolled over."
  3. Trailing Exit: Once price moves in your favor by the distance of your Stop Loss, move the SL to Breakeven.

Believe me, I tested many things for many years by EA which I coded myself. There is no unique solution for the market. Manual trading is the only way.

lol, your EA is not good enough! i have just done with my EA last few weeks, 0 input need for indicator due to not using any single calculation indicator (im not targeting for HFT either, or low time frame trade where obvious we can not win powerful machine with complex code), only one single thing is number bar to check. back test good but it shown quite minimal number of entry, but each last long as i wish auto entry, self targeting liquidity, exit partial at some minimal amount of pips to reserve account. The result is very nice after back test multiple pair.
Some move like yesterday it will complete ignore, -.- but if it entry it good
