Any reason why Dow has jumped up buy GBP/JPY hasn't. To me if Dow starts falling now G/J will drop fast.. Any views anyone?

very interesting. the dow made a jump up and pushed hard against 13150, but GJ didn't budge, and in fact dropped a little.

Not at all the normal reaction of the last couple of weeks.

Between 7 and 12 hours before the next big move, more and more I am starting to think it will be down.

Hi guys, If you are following the QQE strategy for your trades, Just stay away from this market. This is a typical non directional market after previous week's big moves. If you want to trade on this market just donate the money to a charity. The Market will find it's direction by tomorrow..

All indexes are pointing up Dji - Nasdaq - S&P 500 - Dax.
but there is no momentum.

if gbpjpy cant close below 226.26 and cable cant close below 1.9800, than the jump in dow will boost the market than...
when the european session closes...

1.3156 is a critical resistance at Dow Jones.. If broken.. The cable and the gbpjpy pair should boost up...

But since today is strange, it might go down...

So as Auslanco said, give your money to charity and its better.
or gamble and see.

I am only getting short only around 224.80 and with a firm 4h candle close, and if it will be something close to Auslanco strat, like everybody said looking at this for more than 12 hours and I wasn't tempted to get in I won't do it unless I am sure:

I agree 100% WHY trade a market that is in a tug o war zone?

When the 1min and 5min start looking like match sticks, it's time to grab a Latte and relax around the house enjoying life.

We can pick up the direction once the crazy stock market does its thing, as for me, I take the London session over the NY for sure.

NOTE: I am having a hard time thinking the Dow will move upwards with the news coming out today, so we could be seeing a headfake upwards here for a nice disappointing ending.
