EURUSD is trading in a decending triangle after the breakoiut of the parallel channel ... Bears are showing sign of weakness .

I'm still bullish on EU in long term .. on daily the 100 SMA is working as resistance and 20 , 50 as support and we might see a bullish crossover of 20 and 50 moving averages on daily.

The source stated that Trump and several of his aides are set to interview former Fed governor Kevin Warsh on Wednesday. Other contenders, including White House economic adviser Kevin Hassett, are soon expected to meet with the president.

Hi Everyone! I am new to this site...umm I am long from 1.16313 with SL of 1.16295 on 15m TF Targeting last swing low as 1st target and
previous day high as 2nd Target...any views?

Bulls are fine but resistance is near and fed might be hawkish next so its early yet to think a turn towards 1.1800 and a move above 1.1657 might be short lived. Waiting to have more clues after the meeting to consider longs.

Everything below the red line = we return to the bearish outlook.

I did ok on shopping. Got filled at 1.1630 but cart still has orders at all the way down to 1.1590 area. No fills yet;-(

I am closing up shop anyway before monthly options expiration on Dec 19 so no big deal if they fill or don't fill.

Have some year end business so more focused on rolling profits into next year to avoid paying taxes on gains;-)

If the purple line continues to work as resistance, then I am suspecting more volatility both ways in the coming months, like higher highs and lower lows, but ultimately leaning more bullish until 1.200 area. Basically the price could keep fluctuating between the purple and red lines. Great time for scalping and hedging.
On the daily chart, you can see the larger blue support (1.15) and red resistance (1.20) lines. How much longer will we fluctuate between those two??
I closed all my longs and added a 3rd short to catch the retrace back to support. TP = 1.1627.

was expecting more hawkish tone but it ended up pretty dovish. Eu bull has room to go higher!

The EUR/USD hit 1.1707 after the Fed cut rates yesterday, breaking resistance at the 1.1658 and 1.1682 level. For now, the trend is consolidating, looking for further upside if it manages to hold above 1.1658 towards 1.1728/30. If it fails to hold, it could quickly find itself trading with a bearish bias toward the 1.1615 and 1.1600 zones.

Daily volatility (range) 39 pips
