Indeed, this does appear to be bearish. With December being a holiday season, activity could turn light at any time. So maybe this was a great time for sellers to take action. We cannot know, of course, but if trading volume dissipates as the month progresses there might come that time of very light trading that the MPMs (market price manipulators) decide to execute a profitable drop... easier and more profitable for them when fewer others are competing for available liquidity to add even more during such a move as the stop losses of buyers get hit.

If you came here only to obtain something to put into your own trading method, then you do not need the displayed structure of the 50 EMA.

I have been using PVSRA from past 2 years.. earlier I use to consider the 50 EMA cloud as a zone when price is entering or exiting it, for my scalping.
But now a days, with the price and its fluctuations in Gold, it is not useful to me.
That's why I am asking how you guys are using it, if at all it has any importance in the chart.

I’ll be blunt here: the way that question was asked was unnecessary rude and disrespectful to the founder.
Saying “If you don’t know, say it” isn’t clarification—it’s dismissive. Especially toward the person who built the system you’re using. There’s no need to challenge someone in that tone.
If the 50 EMA cloud isn’t working for you anymore with Gold volatility, that’s fine. Just say that and ask how others are adjusting. But implying the tool is useless unless someone “explains it to you” is not the right approach.
We’re here to share insights, not to talk down to the people contributing or teaching.
Ask respectfully—you’ll get better answers, and the discussion stays productive for everyone.

Even I did not like that way I got the answer(esp from the founder of this system) for the question I asked politely.
When someone made an effort to understand how others are using it, they deserve a better answer.

Seems like only the ones who regularly post their charts and help others only will get proper respect and response in this board.. then congrats to all the active members of this thread.

I haven't come here only to obtain something to put into my own trading method.
Anyways 50 EMA cloud cannot decide my fate in trading..
It is just my curiosity to understand and learn as I am using it in my own way..
I have read the 1st page and few other posts of this thread but haven't found anything written about 50 ema cloud.
I may be missing the right pointer to that information, so asked the question.

And it is on purpose that you do not find this information on the first page. You said you used PVSRA 2 years ago, so you should have done your homework.

To be honest, I don't care whether I am right or wrong. and I accept it if I am wrong. Ignore my ego whether it is bigger or smaller than myself..
I wonder why people in this thread are wasting their time without giving a simple answer to a simple question.. let it be a system, or method or a process or what ever this PVSRA is.. If you do not know, say it LOUDLY that you do know the usage of what you have in your chart.. thats it.

Out of curiosity, I lightly checked thru the list of Forex Factory Posts made by "forkstrader"... about 18 pages of an ongoing list of his posts. I found no post using PVSRA. Further only a small percentage of the posts even contained any chart at all. What charts were posted were mostly depicting price candles on a price scale chart.... quite basic. His question here evidenced a lack of any time at all to acquaint himself with PVSRA. He refers to the 50 EMA as "cloud" rather than the term consistently used here. In addition to doing no homework at all here.... contrary to his professing to "have been using PVSRA from past 2 years.." he became upset that he did not get from this place EITHER, what he apparently has failed to get elsewhere ALSO.... after all his posts here on Forex Factory.

This might be a good time to revisit the essence of PVSRA.... and think on that child that takes on solving puzzles that come with many, many pieces. Rough going, time consuming at first. Over time, it gets better. The brain addresses, adapts, improves. Each piece offers a clue. The more clues, the better..... once the brain learns to remember, associate, prioritize, and.....FIT. Mumbo jumbo? To some.

It is a learned skill! Not a "Winning Indicator".

USDJPY Week Chart

Price has come up to within 100 pips of All Time High. Why would "they" not go for it? The Fib Retrace Study has PA in a place where more sellers might be encouraged and existing sellers might be more encouraged to increase their positions. The Market Price Manipulators (MPMs) might help the price come down to further encourage sellers, and suddenly on some light volume December trading day..... a whopping reversal/ stop hunt upwards, followed by some more bullish days that end the month at RMH ++++

We cannot ever know. The MPMs might pass on the opportunity for a Week Chart Double Top to end the year. Please do your own due diligence.

So, after many weeks of rising prices (see Week Chart in previous post), we are seeing good volume episodes of the MPMs (Market Price Manipulators) stop hunting buyers during fast and substantial price manipulations..... "converting" the buy positions of others to their own buy positions. If they intend to pump the price back up to the Week Chart highs before the end of this year...... not many days left and traditionally not high volume days...... now would be the time to "steal" as may buy positions of others as they can. Please do your own due diligence.

High impact releases on Thursday and Friday. So, lots of time available for minor price spoofing to create liquidity to add to positions, before any significant run to start profit making. But we cannot ever know! So, please do your own due diligence and trade light relative to account liquidity.

Stop Hunting: Essentially the MPMs (Market Price Manipulators) spoof the price to get the fills at the prices they want. In this case, upwards to hit stops of others, thereby "stealing" those positions, or........ er.......... "creating liquidity" to get their own sell positions increased! It is a cut-throat business that passes for legal in the casino of the world's super-rich. Please do your own due diligence. Trade light relative to account equity, etc.

Next batch of "news" comes Friday. Current move is bullish, so with time left today there could be a downwards move..... retrace/stop hunt buyers, followed by a further move up. And if that happens, it might cause speculation of more topside Thursday...... get it nice and high for torpedoing it on Friday. We cannot ever know. In the long run, this could be headed back to the Week Chart high. Please do your own due diligence and trade light relative to account equity.
