Dear coders,

The attached indicator seems to perform well in identifying buy and sell signals.
However, while attaching this indicator on the chart often causes the computer to freeze.

Could you please review the code?
Perhaps add a bar number limit on it.

You are, obviously, confusing the terminology!
"Sweep" means that the lines are swept, they get deleted.
So the sweep alerts can't be triggerred when the lines are still there!!!
You want a level touch on current bar alert, not a sweep alert.
That's a different alert which is not readily compatible with the existing alert.

BTW, there already is a number of bars limit you can input, and also number of ZigZags to plot.
Also, how does this perform well if the signal arrows appear 25 bars in history?
The signal arrow should appear as soon as the dash line is broken, and that's the moment when the dash line appears!
So, yeah, it shows correctly, but in history where you can not trade!
And the shadow objects are total BS, as always!!!

There is no need for any solution.
Just limit the number of bars to, say: 200 and the number of ZigZags to 3.

You see, plotting straight lines is not a problem in MQL, but when it comes to calculating tangents and plotting arcs, things can get heavy in MQL4, especially.

In order to be able to use the signals, you need to understand what Ehlers formulas calculate, and that requires you to have a higher education degree in maths or physics.

I am having this smTMAcentered-TwoMAs-MACD indicator which repaints, Decycler Oscillator.mq4 is close look a like and it does not repaints, arrows on chart will give clear cross over signal hence asked to add arrows, yes I tried google but found only same version which was shared here for sound alerts.

Also, there is nothing in the code, no signature, which would in any way suggest that the code is by LuxAlgo.
And it's only about Order Blocks.

The .ex4 file you posted previously is a much more complex indicator, and it's highly unlikely that LuxAlgo will provide you or anyone the source code!

Any idea what the alerts and the arrows are supposed to signal???
Studying this indicator, it's not clear - yes, the two lines do cross, but also they oscillate around zero, so there are nagative and positive values, too.
IOW, Ehlers used a specific formula (MESA cycles-measuring algorithm) as filter for other averaging indicators in order make them adaptive.
And this Decycler Oscillator is actually "Simple decycler oscillator x 2" which is two oscillators, one faster, one slower.
Why should this be better than just one oscillator???
This is stupid!
Multiplying oscillators doesn't change anything, doesn't make an indicator better!
