Bias is long today, looking for a bounce off the bottom of the upward channel
Target Asia high.

I think PCE will remain at .2%, we'll get one wonky candle before continuing the trend.

Not much to do here. A sideways to bullish for dollar release. The market will most move on end of week flows - Friday!

The EUR/USD closed up for a second week, reaching above the 1.1656/69 zone. However, it failed to get a strong close higher and subsequently corrected lower toward the 1.1600 retracement support zone.

If this level and 1.1591 hold, the pair can continue its advance toward the 1.1700/28 zone of resistance, or even higher to the 1.1778 resistance if momentum allows. If a deeper correction occurs, 1.1555 should be targeted.

– a liquidity magnet
– the last BOS UP origin from the past
– a zone where SELL pressure is now concentrated

Therefore UP cannot continue unless:
Price GAINS CONTROL ABOVE this zone.

Imo the falling wedge may break the large upward channel and test the 1.16210 level. If we retest, 1.16400 will be a key in determining future bias.

Dec. fed funds rate on Wednesday is more than likely priced in but could push us higher to test the 1.16550 resistance/top of the downward channel

Why, you are long? EU acted weird on Friday, because of profit taking, but will find support from here or lower and should rise later in the week.

My view has not changed over last week. As long as this rising channel entact, bull can carry on. Bear would like a retest to 1591 first
