Thursday is statistically the most likely day for gaps on the ES to be filled during the regular trading session.

Approx 82% of gaps are filled intraday on Thursdays....(Yes i'm aware size of the gap will change that percentage) regardless of size gaps fill 82% of the time on Thursdays intraday.

Thursdays statistically have the highest occurrence of a one-sided break of the IB
Being a successful breakout. Price does not come back and break the other side of the IB..

Beta Blocker... Boy o boy I feel cool as a cucumber on these!!!.
A real life chill pill truly....cuts out the fight or flight hormones,,
lowers heart rate and BP.
For my ticker lol... But i am thinking they may provide some positive benefits to
trading !

Here are some great articles about trading with VWAP and market profiles.
They explain things really well; everyone has a different trading style.
I highly recommend reading them and trying them out yourself.

Thank you kette, I am starting on page one of this thread, only thing is I don't understand all the abbreviations. I know IB = initial balance and that's first hour range on market open, etc, but don't know all.

A "Truism" if ever there was one.
"Move with care"........lol......I hurried down some steps and lost my balance at the Botton and hit a wall with my forehead on a stairwell wall a few feet away.
Luckily, apart from a small bruise only forehead , no real harm done. But Doctor said, " maybe move more deliberately down or up stairs, have you considered a walking stick the use of which will automatically cause you to focus on where your feet are in relation to your environment.
