Notes, ideas for next week

Had to stay patient and disciplined this week, a couple of day trades but nothing special. It's true the less you trade the better your results. Patience is the true key to success.

This is my second shot at EA. the first (blue arrow) hit TP at 1.81 and returned to where I got in. My new entry has a target of a new high

I've had a few attempts at EU lately. but it's in a decent uptrend so hoping this is a pullback to support zone, would have liked to see it pass 1.760 before returning to support though

USDX has stopped falling

Maybe? wait for a drop at 99.33. see if it continues to make LL and LH. Trend is still very much down

Oil. Not sure.

Great, a public notebook is efficient to journal traders. I'll compare my entries with yours since we track the same pairs

some small day trades worked out.
UJ took 85 and 30 pips. not the amount I was looking for but the pair reversed earlier than I thought
currently in a small gold buy
currently in a Naz buy from 24954. nice position. should exit at close.
currently in AU trade. took half at 50pips
currently in EU trade, not looking strong though
small loss on oil trade
the most annoying is my GU trade. Got in on a whim, stupidly!! lost 75 pips

I'll be looking at these pairs early next week

Small gold trade got stopped at BE at pink mark. Gold has bounced on support (black line) but would want more higher TF confirmation before buying again

I took oil trade (highlighted earlier). TP 1 hit, TP 2 and 3 at black lines. With all the world turmoil I find it's just as important to preserve your account then to increase it. SL quickly to BE when possible

GU and EU

Got taken out of this GCad trade as pound collapses on leaked borrowing data

small Nas sell trade as its going against the big long term up trend, no TP as yet
NJ sell trade

closed my small Nas trade early, going against to much of a strong trend. But when this decides to fall it will probably be quick and nasty, before a quick rebound. trading isn't what it used to be with prolonged down trends. Now its quick, like 3 weeks, then up for 3 years!

oil trade is down nicely, so I'm out with a nice profit. Goes someway to negate the GCad loss this morning.

quick buy on the JP225. exited at at 51320 for a nice profit

Not the best week last week. some poor trades and some good, market overall went against trends (especially GBP)

NJ up 54 SL to BE
AU sell up 34 at BE
NU 2 sells, was close to TP
Would buy GU with tight stop but spread at 13 pips (oanda sucks in Asian session)

US30 sell at 47859 (going nicely TP at 4685)
EA buy order, i'd buy now but spread is huge (got in, going nice, see pic)
EG sell up 34 pips (SL for -20)
GChf buy up 54 pips (stopped at BE)
GCad buy up 84 (getting on my nerves, SL hit for -20)
GJ sell. moved to BE looks like stopping out (370 pips up, close to TP. Locked in +150)
NJ up 54 SL to BE (hit TP +190 pips)
AU sell up 34 at BE (hit TP for +100 pips)
NU 2 sells, was close to TP (tp1 hit for +73, second order locked in +70)
