No, the dow waves are too slow and shallow, and I haven't seen a defined floor/ceiling to work off of. I won't even trade closing unless I like what I see. The best would be a rise to the days high, and then a dive, just like we saw on wednesday (i think it was wednesday). It would also be strong confirmation that the market is not buying the recovery story and set the stage for more strong downward trading next week.

My advice for closing would be only to trade off the top or bottom level. And if you trade off the bottom up, be very, very, very careful. The dow is not going to bounce significantly above the high set this morning. But it could easily hit bottom, bounce up a little, then dive way below current lows.

Karmo,i've oppened an acount by these brokers u gave me only for using their DOW JONES charts.But why there is no move by the charts??Pls help if you are still here i'm a little confused!!!!

So there is some kind a problem maybe with the movement by the demo accounts or something like this just don't know and by the way what time frames and indicators are u using by your DOW charts???I've asked Markam already too but still waiting for his respond!

yeah, just waiting to see where the dow ends for the day as it may indicate where the markets will be heading on monday morning (Asian session). Also, I will be watching, reading the news for any breaking news as to any more hedge fund collapses, sub-prime woes, etc. I am waiting for a total meltdown. can't wait to get this over with. it has been brewing for too long.
