Might interest you people considering the "prop" route ? FUTURES - No monthly Fee and one off payment caught my attention.
I have never used them so dyor.

Vidvad is right. There are many codes mentioned there: xauusd, us30, us100 and Es too. All the timeframes are mentioned 5p, 20p, 30p, 4h. The risk to profit ratio is 1:1 or 1:0.618 as the author has instructed. One thing to note: some mebob bars will not work, but some will and indeed the results will only come to those who are persistent. I have tested many bars in different timeframes to select them. The purpose of my post is to strengthen your belief that mebob is really effective and profitable with an easy way.
Lol, actually I was planning to use this method to pass the ftmo challenge and you know I don't want to break the rules by having 2 accounts placing the same order at the same time. Sorry I can't be more specific. Good luck

Forget that. Reading the CFD offering again -$25K account ( No challenges)- costs you $1125

Tradeify Futures cost $244 one time fee. And no challenges

Have I got this right ?

I don't write much here, but always reading and learning and I can confirm that the fixed bar method has improved my trading and I even passed for a challenge that I bought to stick to the 20 day challenge. I didn't care about passing for the challenge and I have only traded MNQ. The only thing was that thursday was a lucky day as I didnt know I didn't cancel a limit order, but was lucky that it hit my target anyway and ended a minus 500 day in around 1K in profit. So thanks Vidvad, for sharing this method to get get better in what we do

Process over profits!

Fixed bar works for those who trust the fixed bar process and follow it.

Here is NQ today for me: M30 fixed bar short 3 contracts *10 points.

The second trade was a long at the Globex open/close cluster, and again 3 contracts *10 point profit. For Gold and NQ and ES I have pre-defined mechanical set ups, most are based on fixed bars, while a few are based on FIXED LEVELS.

Everything I do is based on a process defined trading plan.

Is every trade a win? Not by a long shot!

Does that even matter?

Not by a long shot!

Follow the fixed bar process until process based trading becomes such a habit you are no longer capable of FOMO, chasing, over leveraging and blowing accounts.

This is what those two trades look likie on a 1 minute chart. I do not take these trades watching a 1 minute chart. I am only posting this chaart because Ninatrader really does a bad job of showing trades that occur on the same M30 bar.

First trade was FIXED BAR short.

Second trade was a FIXED LEVEL long.
