Currently I have a sell trade on Gold and my targeted area is $4180! I know the higher time frames are still suggesting the bull trend but I have opened this trade as my scalping position!

The bias is still the same, it's sell! preparing for sell scalping opportunity; but waiting for MS! Of course, daily is bear.

All you really need to do is go to the weekly chart and see that gold has had 9 consecutive up weeks. Taking high frequency trades= account killer.

Play pocket aces, suited faces, etc. All the micro level trades are detrimental vs one nice swing that will eclipse all those little, high frequency, burn out trades

Hello 89, I didn’t take this trade as a pullback trade! I have completely different logics according to my own chart understanding; it was a scalping trade; and for me then the trend was bear (on Daily time frame).

There is nothing bearish about gold right now. Scalping= detrimental trading habit.

Not telling you how to trade but there's only one way to trade and it's the right way. You've been calling shorts and gold is up over 200 points for the week. Short on weakness like a climax or a blow off bar.

If this week climaxes, then shorts maybe on the horizon. But bro just go to the daily, forget the little tiny timeframe charts. They are detrimental. Gold has been ripping and one could've just went long at the open of the week (which I did) and held. They could've even kept sizing in everyday.

Nope, the market is doing the same; same structure ...again and again; the daily time frame and others higher time frames are in sell trend; and that's why we are getting the sell move today! If you know, then you know!

Did you even read my comment? I just said this is the climatic activity that would constitute potential sell set ups.

This is the FIRST day of this entire week that it would be time to short. Just look at the daily.

Im looking that the hourly i thought that long wick was just a fakeout to fly!!! So i overleveraged my personal account and it might be gone by today lol. 3 weeks of being focus gone in one stupid decision

Been there. For me, wicks are noise until price accepts beyond them. If we don’t get two clean closes past the wick and a retest that holds, I pass. Daily guardrails that help: max 1R loss per day or −2% account, then flat; per‑trade risk 0.25–0.5%; and no adding risk after a loss. One decision shouldn’t undo three weeks—reset and wait for the market to speak clearly......
