Hello pl, I was waiting for this falling move and leave the chair for 1 h and it happens, my problem was that I was waiting for a retest @ATH and it never touch it (alerts where in place), as you said, friday is ending, but, this big fall took the price action of at least 9 days, so the south move should be the normal PA for the next week. Or I do the oposite of what Im telling now... hahahaha

Still waiting for a drop to 24160 to enter a long, but that range goes down to 23993 too. So anywhere in that range, I‘m expecting a switch up again. Until then im on the sell side
Edit: We also got resistances at 24434 and 24389. Looking at those as well. A clean break throu these confirm the 24160-23993 Block.

We got a strong bearish Weekly and Daily Close. A continuation down is expected.
During Asian and European sessions, we got a nice retrace up of 61.8 fib.
In the absence of US macroeconomic data and Trump Tariffs 3.0, I see:
1- A retrace down until Earnings season;
2- Then resuming up until the end of year.

So, I'm bearish for the ST.

Bearish OR with an immediate break down. Will Sell with a bearish retest.

This did not work out... Price went up... So waiting for a valid signal.

It’s still a bearish move, price is just running up to grab liquidity before dropping.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to ask you all a quick question. I’ve been trading for almost six months now, and the biggest thing I’ve been struggling with is the psychology side of it. I was able to pass the TopStep test, but lately I’ve been in this weird phase where I get close to a payout, then lose, then get close again, and then lose once more. It’s been frustrating trying to break out of that cycle. How do you keep a losing trade from ruining your whole day? When I take a loss, it tends to stick in my mind all day, and I can’t stop thinking about it. How do you guys just accept it, move on, and go about your day? Also, what percentage of your account do you usually risk per trade, around 1% or so? How long have you been trading, and what advice would you give to a 21-year-old just getting serious about this? Lastly, I’ve noticed I’ve been chasing that dopamine rush a bit too much. Do you have any tips on how to control that? And what’s your typical win rate? Thanks, everyone!

Its normal to lose, nobody has 100% win rate, all you need is good risk managment, RR1:2, one trade per day and you are safe, even if you only have 40% win rate u can still be profitable, plus if you have experience and knowledge that win rate can be higher than 40%. Dont move SL or TP, dont overtrade i was strugling with that for a while and i still do sometimes, its easier to buy/sell more lots than to predict more points, dont be greedy and dont move your TP or SL. Risk managment is the key, as long as you are stick to your plan, risk managment is holding your back and you are safe. If we talk about risk per trade, personaly i would always risk 5% of my capital, i know someone would think this is too much, but im just thinking about how much i can risk for 20trades (40%WR), bad luck, news,losing more than 6 of the 10 trades could but possible, but if you lose more than 12 of the 20 trades, than you really dont know how to trade and you should pratice on demo. Btw if you do prop trading, than risk 5% of your maximum drawdown. I think there is no reason to risk only 1%, thats 100 trades which is a lot, 20/25 is enough. I know some of them wouldnt agree with this but im just being real, also a lot of successful traders that i know told me that risking 1% per trade is the biggest lie. Good luck
