Took a knock around 13h00 of 500p but despite that, made net profit of 42% on capital in 2 days. Shall need to explain how the ema 1(close) works. I assume the system is for most of you still a dark subject - need to straighten it out. Will make it easy and simple for both you and me; easy for you to understand and apply, and less blow by blow explaining from my side.

I promised this, and as been said, this pertains to H4 but I will use one TF lower (H1) to illustrate how nice the latter falls in place in almost 90% of cases. The few exceptions shall require an adjustment of H1 to secure the right entry point.
I will point out (on the chart) what factors are clearly identifiable to make a good trade. The key players as you will see are still ema-1close and ema-2close. It is essential that you should run line chart next to candle chart to check if you are at the right spot for a well-placed trade. It also reduce the glut caused by candles.

Please note that ema-1close is now white line (will use C1 to indicate white and C2 to indicate green).

The crucial point in trading, as you well know, is to get an entry at the best possible position and as you can see this usually happens at a low or a high on the chart or after a pullback. Don't feel overwhelmed by all the notes and lines. Start from left and work through to the right, you will find knack of it easily.

Hope this will bring you better trades. Trade level now much closer and reduce chances of false trades considerably. You can work out how big a stop loss is required.

A huge warning!

After entering the trade, get back to H4 and don't change back to lower TF's until you reach a good profit (most of the time H4 will deliver a profit of 1000p and more). You'll get totally confused and will got stuck in the noise which will prevent you from getting the full benefit of the trade.

If you don't find this procedure (explained above) helpful; I really don't know what will. Even if the procedure fails you 3 out of 10 times, you should still be able to make a small fortune. Call it an exaggeration; I guess not.

An easy way to detect possible trades. Watch where white turns away from green into NML.
