Trading An Edge...

Learning to trade this indicator on Nas100 and Us30. Many years ago, I stumbled upon this indicator. Unfortunately, MT4/MT5 regulations in the USA, made me lose the broker I used. so I had to find something similar on TradingView. However, the strategy itself has been working so far.

Still learning to use this on Nas100. took Sell towards Daily Pivots
first entry lost, -700.
second one hit the target $1700.

took sell on Us30 towards daily Pivots. I been entering on asian session, it seems like most of the price hits the daily P or R1/s1 first.
I use trendigview to look at the chart and enter on what ever broker I use

It's been a while since I wrote here, and I'm still here alone.
US30 – sold at the R1 daily rejection.
I could have had a better position on the buy side as well, but I didn't want to be greedy yesterday.
I guess I'm going to start using this as my trading diary.
Funny enough, the last person who posted here was me—back on February 19, 2025.
My trading skills have definitely improved this year.
I've become more patient and have learned better risk management.

Sold SP500 at R1.
On the first trade in the same area, I had a tight stop-loss. I re-entered on the second candle. It was a bit tricky since it was at an all-time high.
The second sell had a higher risk/reward ratio. After that, I noticed it was rejecting at R38, so I entered a buy position with a very, very small risk/reward ratio. I think the stop-loss was around 2 points, with a take profit (TP).

Thank you, Maxdom, for introducing me to daily pivots many years ago. I’m not a perfect trader yet, but I am slowly building my edge every day. I traded forex for a long time and later moved to trading US30 and gold, but I think the S&P 500 will be my final market of choice. It works perfectly with daily pivots since futures data is centralized and there’s no major manipulation like in the forex industry.
Here are a few of the trades I’ve been taking using the pivots with a few other confirmations.
