Your computer automatically adds (1) if a file with the name already exists in your Downloads folder.

Hello everyone,
I wanted to ask if it’s possible to create an Expert Advisor (EA) that takes trades based on order blocks. I have a basic understanding of MQL5 coding, but while developing the EA, I’m facing an issue where it doesn’t correctly identify the valid order blocks.
Here’s the logic behind my strategy:

  1. I define a session from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
  2. Within that session, I mark the first and last 15-minute candles to determine the session high and session low order blocks.
  3. After 7:00 PM, a new session begins, and whenever a candle taps into either the session high or session low order block, a trade should be triggered accordingly.

I’d appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to properly code the logic for detecting and trading these session-based order blocks

I will say that is surprising with that spread n commission, and trade count, but, all in all, it's still limited to a testing environment. If you really think it has merit, chuck $100 into some live account and let the ea loose. Hopefully there may be some positive outcome, dollar wise or not, if not then it's still a learning experience for further ea development.

If we train an AI on a specific bunch of data and then ask it to create a successful EA for those data, is it surprising that the result may be spectacular???
Also, does that mean anything?
I mean, does that mean that the AI has created a Holy Grail EA?
