Can anyone tell me if there is an indicator or Expert Advisor that allows you to freely move the chart, as is done in TradingView?

What do you mean by "moving"? I'd contribute that just about any entity that offers a chart -- will offer or provide a "flexible chart with multiple variables. Only example I ran into recently was in doing backtesting -- TV told me I was not licnsed for charts 2 years ago and before.

Hello everyone! I've been here for a couple of days and just realized how big this community is.
Idk whether it's technical issue on my side or something else, let's say I'd like to start a new thread in one of the Forex Directories but why am I always denied?
It happens in any directories when I tried to start a new thread, as attached.
