Here is a video on getting started with Strat 6. I will add to it as trades open to show you what you can do with Strat 6.
Strat 6 is a nice one as it can be used as a full auto or combination auto manual trader.

Running 24 hrs. for just over 4 weeks; v10 on strat 5 with .01 lots on demo account; I'll run v11 strat 6 on a new demo after watching Gene's video. Looking forward to see how others are doing with strat 6.

For the moment, I would like to see us keep all 6 strats and particularly so if the cpu loading can be reduced a little. I was running all 5 at one stage but found "Baskets" were not viable and so would like to go back to all six simultaneously for a while. Strat 1 was making nice but slower progress with much less DD but I stopped it in favour of trying baskets for a time. What I have found is that running all my terminals in /portable mode actually loads the cpu about 2% for each more, but have moved S9 onto one machine that will handle them easily - just need time to observe strats 2 & 3 further.

Yes. Testing strategy 6 out and I’m currently in a massive drawdown. But one thing I have noticed just by observation is that the strategy works great in the first two weeks of each new month. But can get you in a massive drawdown down in the last weeks when the monthly candle is closing.

Different to my results... the biggest drawdown are from trades going against the trend, perhaps Gene we can filter these?

Same old problem - if market does not co-operate then neither do the dollars, but not too bad nonetheless. :-(

Running v11 strat 6 the last two trading days of the week:

This week I am going to run all 28 with Strat 6 and use a basket target set to repeat.
If I hit a basket before Thursday I will then turn off basket repeat and let it run until Friday morning on the next basket when I will then decide what to do next. I could then shut down the winners and if some look like they don't have a chance I will end them and some I may turn on the GOT button and look for a BE before I shut them down.
I could even use the TP or TSL buttons.

Once all charts are loaded, simply restart MT4, and you will notice that the v11 and v12 indicators are automatically removed from the charts. This is a minor issue. We hope it will be fixed in the next version. The I/O issue has been completely resolved.

This is normal:

After reloading MT4 do "Fresh Start Reset" then "Open PA Charts"

This gets everything back to a fresh and clean starting point.

Hi gene, I hope this is not a big ask but I am wondering if it would be possible to add a news filter on the pairs that we trade? Maybe have a flag on the impact from high, mid and low and how many minutes to news release? I think this may help promote consistency in strategy

Hi Gene,

I once saw a forex webinar in Youtube that mentioned to only trade pairs that are below $1.25 for small accounts size. The reason given is that it would cost too much to your balance to be used as collateral. I tried it in S9_v10 for the whole Sept unattended and it did quite well without large drawdown. For S9_v12 I will try to test with all 28 pairs again and see if it makes sense.

Strat 6 finished well this week manually closed as i wanted a new start with V12 for Monday
