Guys lets read Aus comments carefully. Aus never said that it was a reversal. He posed the question: "..is it a 300-500 pips short term reversal?? we shall wait and see." See the question marks. Sorry if I'm over reacting, but I would hate to see Aus get beat up for something he didn't say.

If we get more news about Countrywide Home Loans (biggest mortgage comp. in the US) going into Ch. 11 bankruptcy, nothing will stop this pair from going another few hundred (or more) pips down.

I have support at 229.60 and Fibs at 229.66.....so wait till it close's below and opens bearish...

It may just bounce off again..

When I said 229.50 area, it's the monthly TFT line. A support line broken means , a 1hr bar has to form below that level. until then it's just a spike. I'm sure the pair will go down. But pair also could bounce up from this level 300+ pips before it starts going below 229 area.

Although GU's massive support is slowly weakening, I'm taking some GJ profit now. We are a long, long way beneath the downwards forces in GJ.

Thank you Auslanco, that explains your view. I'm not sure though if this pair will get the time to bounce up that much.
