Price action shows a corrective move with a potential for further downside before any strong recovery. The immediate support zone lies near $3,720–$3,725, aligning with trendline support. A deeper pullback could test the $3,700 psychological level if weakness continues.

On the upside, if bulls defend this zone, a bounce towards $3,760–$3,780 is possible, where significant resistance is clustered. A break and hold above that area would open the way back towards the ATH region near $3,800. Overall, price is consolidating within a corrective channel. $3,720–$3,725 remains the key short-term buy area, while $3,760–$3,780 is the major resistance to watch.

Buy Area: Around $3,720 – $3,725, where price aligns with channel support and demand zone.
Buy Trigger: A bullish confirmation candle or breakout above $3,745 – $3,750, which would signal momentum shift back towards the upside.

If confirmed, potential upside targets are $3,760 – $3,780, with extended move possible toward $3,800 ATH retest. On the flip side, failure to hold $3,720 could drag gold toward $3,700 psychological support.

In your opinion, which broker is considered the best? I currently work with FXCM and have no major issues, but I've also opened an account with another broker, I can see significant differences.
I would genuinely appreciate answers from experienced traders who have been working with candlestick ( High-Low break) analysis for several years. Sometimes I notice discrepancies between FXCM and other brokers like OANDA or Dukascopy, it makes me wonder which one provides more accurate data . I would really appreciate an answer. I've done a lot of research but still haven't reached a conclusion

You're right as its seen the price is in a consolidation you can't predetermine the direction of that trade

3725 seems to be current support area, a break below to the area mentioned by RA would be very useful as this then opens up my TP 3700 however there is hidden bullish strength too, if you look at the move from 3725 to 3738 in a matter of minutes we could see a retrace back to 3740-50 if the current support zone stays

tried a few keep going back to IG even though they are not the best they seem to be easier to trade with on a phone app

The only ones who will always be harmed will be retail traders we figh with low quality tools against them....

Pending orders to clean, i don't know, is why is not easy overcome Ny supply or demand.
Or it can be the case retail traders are buying and buying and they are making a beautiful banquet untill they stay satisfied.

I think its because each broker offers different spreads for any currency

You hit the nail on the head. I took a trade today based on a level break, the chart didn't match FXCM or OANDA at all..., it's totally messing with my head. Which one is supposed to be the right one?! So, there's no answer then Thank you for your reply

I check of my broker sometimes, but i study price on tradingview using particulary Aonda.
People say it sucks, i have not that opinion because realize that is pretty consistent when it matter those prices, at the open of the day not so much.
In long term you will miss a trade or two nothing to worrie about.
Remember price is not candles, is price itself. candles are simple basic representation of price. If your broker give that price and your setups become from studying there trust it.

In my area, mostly people use Exness, but i use Axi, Exness got problem with news trade, lag + high spead during 30min after news. Axi is better in this case. I use FXCM once but i cant withdraw money easy in my country. For some people dont know, my H4 candle is little bit differrent from OANDA data. It shift 1 hour behind.

If it's about the spread, the difference shouldn't be this large. It was about a 20-pip difference. The spread on gold isn't that high. Dukascopy also has a high spread, but it was still closer to FXCM's...Pepperstone was really something else. Maybe you're right. I really don't know. Thank you
