navk, not so fast, my friend. Two days of trading, five sessions, and GU still hadn't reached the 1.3532 retracement level (38.2%), which is the minimum target for either ABC or a 1-5 pattern. The consolidation zone, marked by a cyan ellipse, is an obvious hurdle to overcome. What else? Do I miss something?

A very weak rebound to the potential zone for wave 4 (touching only the bottom level @1.3533) and yesterday's NR4 bar opened the door for the drop. The zone for the potential wave 5 is between 1.3431 and 1.3402. As of right now, GU is at the double bottom. If price holds and doesn't break the swing low at (c)@1.3453, potential target is @ 1.3539 (AB=CD). The Resistance zones to this target are on the chart.

The daily pivot point S2 is @1.3429. It can get ugly if broken.

WL@1.3463 was too strong to overcome on the first try; the pattern continues to the downside. The standard zone for the end of wave 5 is between 1.3416 and 1.3397.

Friday GU printed ID bar on the daily TF, atm, approaching the first resistance zone for the end of wave 5 @1.3450-1.3465.

If yesterday's high is taken out, we should target the 1.3482-1.3500 zone for the end of wave 5. Otherwise, we will deal with the ABC corrective pattern and expect GU trading lower.
