Given the length of the extended Bull run, i'm expecting us to try the tops again. Given the lack of follow through following FOMC. Personally.

Aside of Gold that have been moving as a one man stand...
Major currencies vs $ are and will continue weakening considerably, still many are searching for longs and labeling it as a bullish trend still Although even a blind can see that the weekly candle is closing horribly.. So whatever price you sell this week, next week you'll earn more profit as not even mighty God can rise those currencies above this week close price by much... Unless ofcourse something dramatic happen by day end to get a less hugely bearish weekly candle.
I said it after FOMC that it marked a turning point toward $ strength lead by DXY and it's all from then a SWING SELL SWING SELL SWING SELL LA LA LA

a bearish weekly candle doesn’t mean it’s not going to go up first. Tho. When she drops she drops hard but in between levels and tops will be tested for confirmation.

tou could easily open a position with conviction only to be stopped out on a retest early next week.

if you’re too confident, time to question your perspective.

Been forgetting to share my trades here …. This is the last for the week , just closed out … done for the week

Gold will always leave you profitable

P.S : I tried trading gold and GBPUSD sideways , it ruined my profitability and killed my win rate … so I had to drop the currency pair !

Trading Rules

  1. The market is trading above the 200-day average, meaning it’s in an uptrend.
  2. It closes below the lower Bollinger Band, showing a pullback.
  3. Set a buy limit order 3% below that level to catch oversold.
  4. If your order goes through, sell either when the 2-day RSI moves above 50 or after 10 trading days.
  5. If there are too many choices, pick the pair that gained the most in the last 150 days (strongest ones).

As they say, assumption is the mother of all f**k ups.

There is far more driving this than just FOMC even more so with the divestment from the dollar, the game constantly evolves & the price, could quite easily get above 3700/3800.

Obviously with trillions in equity, you’ve zero to be concerned by.

High timeframe pro traders don't look at some pips difference from the ultimate high or low, and that's not even how it's professionally traded unless the trader really anticipated the TOP HIGH price of the pair on monthly or weekly.
Any pro trader knows that a trend ain't confirmed before it shows signs and a huge bearish candle is the first real sign, so anyways most traders will be waiting for confirmation even on daily trends, so how when it's monthly or weekly, and that means the top or very high price reached is already way higher but the importance is in joining the trend as soon as it becomes clear..though anticipation adds a great flavor and advantage if caught from the very or nearby Top high for downtrends but that's mainly not the case.

Ignorants really believe that if I said that Gold gonna start downtrend from 3500 or EU from 1.15 or 1.17 or GU from 1.34 or 1.36 or...etc that means I sold and praying for God that market price to goes down They just don't get the point that you can be a bear all the time but if market betrays you at some price levels, you simply exit and sell higher and higher... Smartly at crucial resistance and retracements earning money even with any upward movements.. Some ask then why don't you turn to being a bull when you already see it continuing up? I'll speak about my perspective regarding that later on...that's different than all or at least most... But for now briefly, each person has their own style of trading.
How you make money ain't important but importance is in MAKING MONEY CONTINUOUSLY ON THE LONG TERM and always with the mighty

EXAMPLE: I'll use GU since it's more reliable than Gold that have been moving upward with no real retracement since 2000 price level.
So do you all know or even imagine that for monthly traders following the method of confirming the trend. Though GU reached 1.0350 low but the uptrend wasn't really confirmed until 1.20 and some signs appeared at 1.16 You can imagine the huge gap from low to uptrend confirmation. But wasn't a 1.20 buy entry very profitable on monthly when looking at it now?
Well, tiny minds will never understand this perspective

BUY BUY BUY$$$ ROFLMAO at those still calling bullish trends, same ones were doing so when for example EU was at 1.2350, the monthly confirmation of downtrend didn't appear until 1.19 and bang it went all the way to 0.95 Same idiots will be laughed at this time too. Oops we just got a monthly high of 1.1919
