There are two critical resistance levels in price's path that it must break: one at 3664.5 and the other at 3676.5. If it fails to break them, it will pull back

cheers keeping an eye on the movement. Still have that damn long from 3696 however any move to 3680 area will be suffice to take a hit and just take Tuesdays profits out keeping in Mondays decent day.

BoE later today if hawkish will put pressure on the USD which in turn could push gold up a bit too.

Good Afternoon friends,

this is how gold looks like to me
still no active trade, for me 3656 was a strong resistance but price break it first downside and again breaking upside

lets wait and see for better view

Well managed wrong my sell, cut loss and pin point perfectly the tp.
Not at pc on the tap to scalp the buy.
I insist in my first observation, if we go bearish, the really bearish is around 3683, a level that most likely became a breaker and aligns with the daily mean.
Let's see what new sessions give, since yesterday FOMC make old levels not so high probability. Is hard to know wich levelS were mitigated or not.
Safe trades guys.
My main focus for the day is sell above, but this is expectation, so if the session tell me something diferent i scalp , i will let new structure develop, clean structure first.

Potential range between BoE is 3650-3670 currently resisting 3660 if it breaks then the 3370 is next tough one to crack

Asia is mitigated already.
It was why i cut my loss as plan, Asia can go straight forward or mitigate first, but Asia mitigations are tricky, not so high probability like London and NY.
Prefer see Asia straight forward.

That's a good decision. After all, gold needs to start its correction phase now if it wants to move higher again before the year ends.

Price still has enough time to reach the 3730 area even now, but I consider moves beyond that level less likely. It needs to breathe, and its time will run out... Though honestly, nothing in this market is surprising if it happens.

few years ago i did a large research about ichimoku price and time theory, and the conclusions were not that great.
price theory is kind a good, but not for reversal point, only potential target

time theory, it was by manual measurements so it was not easy task (difficult even than EW), the results were not that great comparing the hard work.

Overall, Gold remains vulnerable to correction unless bulls reclaim and sustain above $3,700, which would invalidate the bearish setup and reopen the path toward $3,725–$3,750.
Resistance: 3670 – 3690
Support: 3625 – 3600

Today mid week trading we will see a reversal. they will first fix that crazy imbalance on the chart that has come up due to the news which is what is currently happening.. once complete, which i expect anytime by mid day today.. between PRE NY or PM Fix, cycle will start..
