Cyclic activity is constatly changing and morphing. One of the tools that can visulaize that phenomenon is the wavelet chart


This is daily data and this was posted by Sergey on the TS newsgroup. Yellow zones are the "hottest" cycles and blue the least influential cycles. This is what I mean by the general emphasis on long term cycles and longer investment time frames. The most important cycles depicted here are 200 day plus to over a year. ( Draw a horizontal line through red and yellow areas and read the cycle length on the left) The point though is that cycles come and go, like the sunspot cycle... No one has described a working theory of what causes these shifts in cyclical activity or how to predict the next shift.

Actually, what I'm wondering is this: are you only looking at the Moon-Moon cycle and/or Moon-Sun cycles? Because I'm looking at all the ready-made cycles in the Library one by one, and in some of them WFE: 100% comes up. For example, are you working on these too? You must have tried Turbo Cycle, have you ever worked with Turbo Cycle?

I have alternated between Spectrum Module, and Astro. I've tried many approaches. For the trading horizon I am interested in the Moon cycle seems to be a good one to stick with for the time being. There are so many tools in TS that one can't possibly use them all. Many of them overlap, and none of them have proven to be a sure thing. As Larry Williams said on the newsgroup, TS is a tool, not a trading system. I haven't gotten serious with the Turbo Cycle tool to date.

Hi, You are using Moon-Moon cycles, yes. Would it yield more accurate results if we tried to identify the Dominant Cycle active at that time from this section and then determine this projection line from the Astro section accordingly? Or, if we consider it as Uranian (or, for example, Venus' cycle as 40 days), can we determine when this projection line will reverse? For example, there are 72-degree angles. If we think of this as 72 bars, or if we look at it as 45-degree angles in Uranian terms, could we consider it more precisely as 22.5 degrees and say that a change might occur at 22.5 bars? Because I reduced EURUSD to a 5-minute period based on your explanations in your videos, and it worked. I noticed that in the 5-minute period, it showed good consistency for 20 minutes, or 4 bars (the overtone was high, and I wanted to capture all the curves). Moving forward from here, can we determine when to take the opposite of the projection line?

End of week recap:

1st screenshot is from my Sept 6 post... I did invert the oredicted curve due to the full moon on Sunday. Ithe result was 80 pips. All swings positive or flat.

The post from Monday after the market showed its hand resulted in a net 182 pip gain. That included Mondays swing up, which in all fairness, I did not predict in advance. What isinteresting to me though is that I did not invert this Moon-Moon predictive curve.

You're amazing! I repeat, my goal is to see if we can find different things based on your work. I focused on finding the reversal times.

the both lines are actually made with standard settings. Let's see how it goes the life on the earth is only reflection from the heaven

thanks for the updated one, can see that the curve shifted to the right hand side a bit

to achieve the swing low may need hawkish fed. Hmmmm…

interesting... the Monday is against my curve up to now... inversion is possible

your Intermarket (middle pic) only on ~ 6 month history... any reason for that or it is due to conversion to 1h?

Right, I used 1 hr bars, 2,000 of them only giving me a short time period back to May 25th, 2025. Probably a mistake to use that short a time frame for intermarket.
