I would like to share this indicator that draws the sum of 2 cycles, to position it correctly you have to think for example of a daily cycle composed of 2 sub-cycles that OBVIOUSLY are never 12+ 12 hours.... this is up to you to discover... often one of the 2 cycles is 11 hours as in this case and consequently the second will lengthen to compensate

I am trying to learn trading from past 2 years now and trying to trade micro accounts but unprofitable yet. Lately came across Jenkins videos on Youtube and came across this thread as well. Though initial posts by Swede regarding Octave are quite understandable however setting the cycles is headache. I would appreciate if any member can answer below queries;
1- Since cycles are basically time as per my understanding, is there specific proportion to which they must be drawn w.r.t price & how they should be looked at different time frames i.e. Hourly, H-4, Daily.
2- How these octaves will help in " Bias".
3- How can I Draw angled lines on Trading view w.r.t to swing Highs or Lows.

I know a lot of traders who are members of FF use mt4 charts. I have found many of his methods can be incorporated quite well, but there is some work to do. And you will need a couple of scripts, a circle script and the Jenkins Secret Angle script. I will post them as soon as I’m back in my office. You will also need a protractor kit for angle drawing on your charts and a good calculator for square root calculations and calculating ratios. So...the last downswing generates the small blue square...this square generates the expansion of the diagonal...I extended the side of square 1 and drew the parallel lines. I duplicated square 1 to obtain the last swings.

If the market were random it would not respect geometry...not only that....since the market has a fractal nature, we see the same geometric structure, the same price patterns from the 1 min TF to the monthly..annual TF...what we define NOISE, is our inability to understand the small movements that are at the basis of the big ones!
Another very amateur contribution - timing lines from a couple of methods: arc scaling, fib projections from prior move etc. Price levels from a mix of secret angle, engulfings and mtf closes. Some simple gann box angles from the start of the new upmove.
Trying to create some consistency for myself, let's see. Already seen some interesting movements around the time levels and from the gann angles of the upmove in line with engulfings.
Advantages of geometry applied to markets:
1) few apply it
2) it allows you to draw angular trendlines using ONLY ONE POINT and not 2 like normal trendlines
3) the conversion of price into time provides time reversal setups far ahead and therefore the trader is ready in advance
DISADVANTAGE:
being able to scale the graph...and those who can't say that geometry is useless!
Late update with a couple of zones for today, just at a possible timing point and dipping into a zone of interest, watching. Some moderate hits yesterday but nothing quite as accurate although although a couple of the hits early today were more accurately mapped to swing points with a really nice hit to a zone this morning in Asia when I was unfortunately fast asleep.
