next move gold makes below 3619 and it drops min 50 dollars lower. either break 3643 and continue uptrend or get smacked lower

I trade using Excel (balancing short/long because of MM or projection swing = x long/short) and am happy to finally adopt this method.
It's still in its infancy and too much intraday for me at the moment.

As I said, I'm now following a daily routine – no matter what the market looks like, a few pips per deal but fixed rules + MM intervention and a long-term swing projection.
We'll see how that goes.

a 10% rally in 11 days is the fastest i have seen in gold so far. there are concerns over this move now but i still think until 3603 we might not get a move to 3542
