Yes, its short/medium term bad for the dollar as interest rates fall and come into line, but the USD cant be written off. There are other factors at work also. Trump desperately wants a weaker dollar, it helps with the debt so he will constantly push for it. I see it weak for awhile and gold pushing up further as parts of the world trading less with USA don't need to retain dollars to do so and so choose gold. But there isn't a great argument for a strong euro, or to your point any other currency so .....
DXY maybe bottoms at 95.00 over next 12 months, but with months of sideways as things shake out globally.
