I let myself sucked in to the long trade. Gold held strength. I have seen that before, when gold
made every day new all time highs, "prop-funded" people didn't believe it, could not accept it.
The shorted and got burned. And ICT trades waited for a liquidity crab before the move higher
but gold was so strong went up and up and up without liquidity crab, and man they called gold stupid.

How helpful have you find EMA ?

For me it was confusing, I was going mostly long below it and short above it.
I could not sake out of my head the common recommendation - long above, short below it.

If I'm honest I don't even see it most of the time. A lot of the time it won't even be on my Charts. It can help, occasionally, with Consolidation.

Expected pre-London to take all time high.
But when I saw struggle at 3 horizontal level zone decided to close long trade sooner.

I was in long mode, last two worked. Not a good start but back in zero.

1st long trailed myself out of trade with BE. Second one worked nice.
Might have used trail stop too, all candle lows held.
