EURUSD rose to 1.1697 before consolidating and dipping some pips below the 1.1658 support, where it is currently trading. If the drop continues, the next support is located at 1.1628, where a bounce is expected. If the momentum is strong, then 1.1600-1.1574 could be the next support zone. On the other hand, if buyers keep this level intact, a rise to 1.1700 and 1.1720/43 is almost guaranteed, especially with supportive news.

I agree, downward movement is more preferable. For non-aggressive scalping during the day.

I could be wrong, but I'm long on EURUSD temporarily. A very clear upwards channel on the 15M is present, clearly depicted between yesterday's high and low prices. The same can be seen on the 1H chart, in blue. Major news is set to release on USD in the morning here in America. I speculate there's liquidity on the other side of yesterday's high, about a 35-pip swing high where price will likely rise, and stall at before the news releases.

gdp was better than expected yesterday buy dollar went down after the news so dnt know aye. I hope bear can bring it back below 1.16 to close the month. But we could end up closing above 1.17

You are right but maybe they wait to close books and if better news come then traders that go in selling drop it more.

True, and pce is more important. If it is worse than expected market may expect more cuts which boost the euro.

somehow i m not sure if i can trust the data anymore. Trump might make it red to help with rate cut

Maybe its just these last days! But Trump will push for a rate cut again! Four out of three members inside the fed are doves and Waller cares about jobs (and prices) that may come green but not so strong to reverse a rate cut. Also prices must come in not only good but really hotter so a rate cut goes off the table.

Next week will be important for Europe!
