Gene, just an idea, how about weekly pivots ? so the Manager takes a first trade off the weekly pivots indicator at say S78 or R78 then Marty is programmed to kick in on on R/S 100 and R/S 138, you may have already tried this but just wondered, cheers Jon

Still working on Strategy 6 (Which hasn't been released yet). Making some changes to get less DD and to take fewer trades.

Nice Gene - I was stopped for a few days as MT4 is giving me strange msgs but I have re-started and letting it run despite the msgs - will see what happens.

See post 986. I thought it a broker issue but they say no problem on their end and it seems to be trading OK. Had the same msgs on other EA's so dunno.

That's a MT4 and Broker issue. The Manager is making a request to get some information and the Broker is not providing it. The manager wants to know if there is a possible open trade on a certain pair.
When The manager sends a request to open a trade it needs to know if the trade does get opened.
In years past the Broker liked to screw with EAs and would keep opening multiple trades on the same pair when a trade was requested.
So now most EAs check the History to see if the trade request has been processed so the EA does not place multiple trades on the same pair.

Yes, and it becomes a real pita when the broker is adamant there is no issue at their end despite my providing jpg's.

Steve - You are trading on BB. Could you please take a screen grab from the Journal Tab showing trades and various msgs and post here. Thanks muchly.

If anyone else could do the same and provide jpgs I would much appreciate it. Gives me a basis to argue - if I have to.

Thanks Steve - Yours is not showing any of the Red Signs that mine is showing, and from same broker. Dunno what LuxAlgo is or what effect but I seem to be opening and closing orders so will just give it time. If any of those Red signs I show in post 986 above show up would you screen shot them and post.

Try and put the manager onto EURTRY both of the first two.

Also force history using the script force load historical data
