i think the drop yesterday is driven by market expecting Fed to cut and see. But with Trump trying to remove Cook from her spot, it may change the combination within Fed. It is getting very complicated now

Cook is not quiting her place yet as she said Fed looks to cut still but French budget woes should complicate that.

Waiting to see Ger 10y to go up but if not bull might be in trouble.

it seems like going to retest 1600 and 1580.

if not the news about firing Cook the plan is try sell 1640 when a rebounce occur but with the news i didnt take the short.

Bear looks promising for now. Wonder if we can get a bit lower today? 1550 1520? When 1580 and 1600 giving up

We should as it looks like. French prime minister might lose his place from a vote of no confidence and that replaces cooks news for the moment.

If 1582 gives up then things might evolve quick!

Adding this: Cook losses her right to vote until she get trialed! That means someone else must take her place I believe.

Anyway bulls must still watch as many other things in news (Ukraine, France..) take place and we still have 3 more big us releases until Sep. possible rate cut - PCE, NFP & CPI.

I expect the bulls to try pushing the price higher today. Bears failed to break below 1.1600.

1.1610-15 might be worth paying attention to while 1.1680-1.1700 might be the next resistance

I've been SHORT since 1.1644, and I hope the price will respect the 1.1625 level and the bulls won't overshoot, even though they're trying very hard.
A series of lower lows will continue, and we will break 1.1600 eventually
